I've been involved in the fitness industry pretty much my whole life! From Little League through College, I've played football, basketball, ran track, and hit a few baseballs as well!  From 1988 to 1993, I hosted a nationally syndicated show called American Muscle Magazine on ESPN. It was a lot of fun and I met some very interesting people like 8 time Mr. Olympia Lee Haney and Arnold's training partner Franco Columbo among many other bodybuilding champions and actors as well.  

Competing in bodybuilding was an awesome experience and after a 23 year absence, I competed in and won the Excalibur Bodybuilding Championship at the age of 51. Helping people to be healthy and to watch them reach their fitness goals is a blessing and motivating factor in my life!  It's been a privilege to train and work with so many people for over 40 years helping them achieve their health and fitness goals. But, just in case your worried about this old man...don't be!  I'm still 220 lbs and maintain 10-12% body fat, and I still love what I do!  

In 1982, I graduated Cum Laude from Missouri Valley College in Marshall, MO where I played quarterback for the Vikings. I earned my Masters degree in Human Movement from AT Still University in Mesa, AZ.  Currently, I'm working with select clientele both in-person and online.
